Investment
Individual Sessions:
30min session, One outfit at one outdoor location with 10 edited digital images and printing rights: $175
*Additional looks may be added for $40 per outfit.
Family Sessions:
**Full session (1 hour) with 20 edited digital images provided and printing rights: $250
**Half session (30 min) with10 digital images and printing rights: $200
*Additional fees will apply for families larger than 6 members.
Newborn Sessions:
**Single- 1-2hr session with 2-3 “looks”. Includes 20 edited digital images and printing rights: $275
**Single + Family - 1-2hr session with 2-3 “looks” plus photos with siblings and parents. Includes 25 edited digital images and printing rights: $350
*Newborn sessions are ideally done within the first 7-14 days of life for best results.
Children’s Milestone Sessions: $200
1hr session with an option for 2 outfit changes, as well as milk bath and 20 edited digital images with printing rights. $40 fee for additional outfits will apply.
*Milestone sessions are for ages 6 months and above. To add cake smash to session cake can be provided for additional fee.
Engagement/Couple Sessions:
1hr session with option for 2 outfits. Includes 20 edited digital images and printing rights: $200
Maternity Sessions:
Standard 1 hour outdoor or in studio session with the option for 2 outfits. Includes 20 edited digital images and printing rights: $ 200

Maternity Milk Bath
30 minute session with flowers and cloth wraps provided. Includes 15 edited digital imahes and printing rights: $150
Senior Portraits:
1-2hr session with the option for two locations and 3 outfit changes. Includes 30 edited digital images and printing rights: $350
Events:
I am open to doing small and intimate events. These are paid by an hourly rate of $150 per hour. You will receive an average of 50 edited digital images per hour from the event. Please contact me to discuss case by case.
DEPOSTIS-
All sessions will require a $75 non-refundable deposit to book; this fee will go towards the price of your session and can be paid via Zelle/PayPal/Venmo at the time of scheduling. Your date will not be reserved until the deposit is paid in full. If deposit is not paid in 48 hours, time slot may be given to another customer. Photo shoot must be paid in full prior to start of the session or photographer reserves the right to cancel the session without deposit refunded.
IMAGES-
Images are provided to you via a digital photo gallery via a link sent to your email address. You will receive a print release to make prints if you choose. Clients are asked to please to tag Birch Hollow Photography in social media postings.
SOCIAL MEDIA-
I reserve the right to use any photos from your session for promotion purposes or on any of my other social media platforms. If you do not want photos posted to my social media, please discuss with me at the time of booking. I will gladly honor your request.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS-
I reserve the right to postpone/reschedule sessions due to inclement weather or emergencies. If I make the call to cancel your session or ask to reschedule for a day that you are unable to make work, your deposit can be fully refunded or held until a better date can be determined, whichever you prefer. If you choose to cancel with no reschedule date, the deposit will not be refunded. Please notify me at least 1 hour prior to scheduled time if photo shoot needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. If not notified at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time, rescheduling fee may apply.
